denny is a certified nursing nusing assistant who has worked at the local hospital for several years.one of the patients he is caring for a gentleman who was involved in a car accident and fractured both of his legs . 1/ danny is about to give the patient a bed bath, when the nurse gives him a suppository for him to adminster to the patient during the bath. nursing assistants are not licensed to administer medicatio in his state . But , it such a simple thing to do something that he’s done for his childern multiple times before. So what’s the big deal ?Explain your answer. 2/ During the bath ,the patient suffers a seizure. the patient’s IV becomes dislodged , scratching danny on the arm .Tests determine what the patient was HIV positive .After seeing a doctor, Danny returns to work to work ,but his empolyer is concerned about infecting patients and /or fellow employees.suppose Danny did contract HIV; should that prevent him from working in a job that requires providing patient care?Explain your answer. 3/if Danny were to apply for another job can ,his HIV status be a factor in considering him for employment ?is that something
