You work at an addictions agency where you manage a heavy client caseload. Your co-worker (and good friend) continually struggles to keep up with client documentation. You have an agency policy that all client documentation must be completed by the close of business on Saturday at 4:30pm. Your friend has already been written up by your supervisor for not meeting the deadline. Your co-worker is rushed to complete all her client sessions and the documentation before leaving the next day for her two-week vacation. To make more time for documentation, your co-worker decides not to see her four regularly scheduled Friday clients before leaving for vacation. As your leaving work on Friday, you notice your co-worker is still working on documentation. She states she is going to stay late to complete all documentation.
