Is this asthma, COPD, or something else? The symptoms align with both issues, but the patient also has COVID. I got no restriction, no obstruction, reactive. But I need help with the diagnosis. Thank you!

You are scheduled to see patients in skilled nursing today. Your first patient is 60-year-old female, BP who is recovering from a recent hospitalization for COVID. HPI includes feeling tired. BP has lost 5lbs since the last visit 3 months ago. BP said she doesn’t feel like talking, she just wants to rest. She is waking up about one night a week coughing and experiencing wheezing. PMH: Hay fever, Cetirizine PO daily. Orders Post Bronchodilator Spirometry.Â
