Briefly describe the patient you have been assigned , Julia Jackson n is an 84-year-old woman.  She has no known allergies.  Julia came to the ER with complaints of abdominal pain in the left lower quadrant. After a CT scan was done it was found there is a 5 cm mass in the lower sigmoid colon with fecal impaction.  Oncology consult has been ordered. 

 

Describe the patients’ problem As the RN how could teamwork and collaboration benefit this patient and help them reach a positive outcome.
