Scenario: You are working at WMFM Clinic. You are responsible for collecting payments from patients. Mr. Smythe, who is visually impaired, paid for his visit in cash. He gives you $500 for a $402 bill. You make change and give him a receipt. At the end of the day, you noticed that you have $60 more than what you should have and some of the bills were mixed up in the cashbox. You realize you gave Mr. Smythe the incorrect amount of money.

 

Scenario 2: You are setting up a laceration repair tray for Dr. Martin to use. As you are preparing the sterile equipment, one of the instruments gets contaminated. You know Dr. Martin urgently needs the tray. You realize the contamination can cause an infection.
